WASHINGTON - Skype network was disrupted for some time and resulted in a VoIP communications service that became flagship disturbed.
"Our engineers are working hard and endlessly to improve the network to return to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience,"said the Skype in his Twitter account on @ skype.
Launched by the Straits Times, Thursday (12/23/2010), after a long Skype explanation post length on their official blog. It is said that their computer networks, known as supernodes, was disrupted. This has then resulted in Skype down for a few moments.
"In normal circumstances there is a large supernode available. Our engineers are currently creating a larger supernode (mega-supernode), which will soon be used for our services back to normal,"said the Skype.
Therefore, continued the Skype, it certainly will take a long time and the company was feeling guilty with the inconvenience.
"For the group features video calling will likely take a longer repair time than any other feature," continued the Skype.
Skype, which was first launched in 2003, has changed the pattern of telephone communication using the Internet network and integrate voice, video and text.
